Data Science Exploration Using SAP Analytics Cloud

In July 2020, my team consist of me (Ihdiannaja) and Karina Soraya participated in ASEAN Data Science Explorers Competition. The competition called for data-driven proposals, targeting ASEAN Nationals with the age of 15 to 30 years taking full-time education at educational institutions across the 10 ASEAN Member States, to develop solutions towards ASEAN growth and development to improve people’s lives. The proposals highlight pressing social and economic issues in ASEAN across the six selected United Nations Sustainable Development Goals:

1. Good Health and Well-Being
2. Quality of Education
3. Gender Equality
4. Decent Work and Economic Growth
5. Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure
6. Sustainable Cities and Communities

In this opportunity, we chose Gender Equality as our topic and focused about Women Entrepreneurship. Why? Because in Asia especially in Indonesia, the numbers of women unemployment is high, even below the average of other ASEAN countries. So we want to take a little contribution by analyzed the causes and our women potency based on our data. This analysis would drive us to find the solution in the end.
